Store has been open in it's new location since April 2022 and it is amazing. Huge store with loads of stock, lots of parking & Very helpful knowledgeable staff. They have a full install bay that can fit anything from Car Audio through to Roof Racks & all your 4wd accessories.
Two of the male staff members made me extremely uncomfortable as they were making subtle jokes about me driving a 4wd and going off-road. Felt like they were not taking me seriously. One other male staff member was actually nice and treated me respectful, but still felt like my lack of knowledge was taken advantage off to upsell, as a couple of my friends later told me the products sold to me are unnecessary and I even ended up having problems with my car after using the products as instructed by the staff member. I won't be returning.
Great service, very knowledgeable and happy to help. I got a new head unit in my car and their price was great and it was easy book and get installed.
A HUGE thumbs up and a very grateful thankyou to RAHD who was so wonderful this morning in explaining how to use my Kenwood Bluetooth screen thingy. It was installed almost 12 months ago and id never worked out how to use it correctly. I wasn't told about the connecting cord in the glovebox. RAHD was genuine and explained things clearly and succinctly. He's an absolute keeper and deserves a raise.
I'm always happy with the service at this Autobarn store as the staff is always helpful and most of the time they have what you want and need.

Had an install done little bit out of ordinary, with two dash cam systems in one car. Great job and the owner was all over it. And even when there was a bit of an issue no problems with help. Highly rated.
Had fantastic customer service which l haven't had in soo long! Jaydn was extremely helpful in finding a solution of a product l could not get anywhere. So knowledgeable and efficient after weeks and weeks of not getting a kit he just sourced it individually and had it the next day! Very happy son and mother
Hi team a big thank you to your audio techie guy who was super helpful on Saturday. I needed to upgrade my speakers, he recommended a few different brands and gave me a sound demo on your display. Sadly the ones we selected didn't quite fit. He selected another brand that we quickly tested in the car for suitability and I was given advice on the fitment. Easy install. The "Kickers," sound great! Thank you for your professional advice and great customer service!
