Five star service every step of the way. I don't think I'd be gilding the lily to say that Bruce knows more about fixing European cars than anyone I've met like, seriously and Linda - wow! - wasn't she a breath of fresh air and an absolute joy to deal with. So yeah, big thumbs up from me.
Have trusted Bruce and his team with 2 major services and i can say i am so satisfied. Pictures were taken and the attention to detail are all provided by them. Definitely recommend.
Bruce and his team have been looking after my cars, and my families cars for 15 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. To be honest, I never even look at the bill amount after servicing, I just have absolute faith that whatever was done, needed to be done, was carried out most expeditiously and with complete professionalism.
Bruce and his team at Autoactive win full marks from us for being personable, efficient, accountable, and attentive to detail. They're also cheaper than the mb dealer's service centre!
