We've used these guys all the time we've been in Whangarei and very happy to recommend.  The team are friendly, welcoming and do a fast response for tradies who've just got to keep our vehicles on the road.  They look after our two cars, two trucks & trailer.Services:&nbsp;Electrical

*******    AIR--CON     "CON"  !!!   * *****  Booked my vehicle in for a Air-Con repair QUOTE  but arrived back to be told that I owed them $280!!!!  They had repaired my air-con without my consent and was told that if I wanted my vehicle back I would have to PAY-UP!!  I had conversed with autotech 3 times prior to my booking, 2 x with Boris, who made no mention of there being a   diagnostic repair charge and then with the receptionist the day before whereupon she confirmed that I would be leaving my vehicle with them for a free no obligation quote.   A conversation she had some how forgotten had taken place within 24 hours??!! In addition I had not signed any paperwork authorising any repair work be carried out after diagnosis, and they most definitely do not display any signage advising to the contrary within their premises, or on their website either conveniently enough.  I had previously taken my vehicle to another auto shop for a "FREE no obligation Air Con Service Repair Quote".   A practice that quite bewildered the staff at autotech, who advised me that there is no such thing??!!  Anyway told them to take the gas out of the air con as no way I was giving this belligerent outfit any of my money.  Rick unfortunately has not only done a "crash course" in instrument servicing, he appears to have also done one in "customer service"  An infuriating waste of my time spent with an AIR-head and a couple of CON artists. I am Dave Fletcher the guy with the yellow Hyundai Getz you fixed the window on in the rain yesterday so quickly, efficiently and helpfully.  I live in Dargaville and I have a lifelong and very much loved best friend who has been seriously crippled for a long time from a major stroke. She is in Selwyn Park rest home.   I visit her twice a week to break the boredom she suffers, enjoy her company, and take her to any appointments.  Yesterday she was due at Specsavers for an assessment of her eyesight, which has been deteriorating, and the fault I came to you with was about to disrupt our whole day and make things very difficult.  I had been to several auto electricians who were too pressed to help understandably so when I came to you, I was actually a bit desperate!  When your lady on the front counter was willing to approach you, very kindly I thought, in comparison to the others I had just visited, and you came out without any fuss, expertly and instantly diagnosed and put right the problem, I was so grateful to her and especially to you.  I was also impressed by your expertise as a problem-solver that made the solution so quick and simple.  You rescued my day from the jaws of disaster!  By the time I got to you, I had contacted or seen every other auto-electrical business in Whangarei.  I appreciate your kindness so much.  Thank you for your help, I am very grateful to you.  We made it to our appointment on time without any further drama.  No prizes for guessing where I am going whenever I want electrical work done on my car in future!!
