So many problems, but they did come back and fix most of the issues up to a year later. But during installation we were left with open exposure over the weekend during winter, and we were messed around with installation dates. The windows still do not close flush as they should. The actual windows look wonky. I won't be going back to complete the front of our house windows and front door. Not happy overall, only giving 2 stars rather than 1 as they did keep coming back when I called with all the various issues.
