Staff are always friendly.  Pretty pricey, but they are in the CBD, so may have high rent?  They do have a sale rack, so extra star.  Have found a few items in here priced at higher than new... so generally only check out the sale rack.

This opportunity shop is always presented extremely well! Making it very inviting! Excellent bargains are available! Friendly efficient service is provided! Change rooms are available to make sure you try on your clothing items before you buy, to ensure they are the correct fit! Cash or EFTPOS is available. Wheelchair access is provided! The volunteers who work here are very professional & efficient! I was drawn into the store today with the leopard print display! I tried on a dress & ended up buying it plus a matching umbrella & a purse plus a pair of shoes for my boyfriend! While trying my dress on the sales assistant informed my boyfriend that if I spent over $30.00 I could buy something for free! As well I got a 25% off discount card that I could use at any red cross store! Thank you so much Red cross! I had spent $37.00! Inside the vintage handbag I discovered a silver chain! I assumed it was an alternative handle but I where it as a necklace! Bonus!

Good stuff and relatively decent prices. Open till 4.30 apparently but get there after 4 and theyll likely be closed. Arrived 4.15 today and they were fully closed :

One of my favorite op shop. This shop has very good quality clothes, like brand new with tags and various products. It seems that there are small size ones there.

Really friendly & helpful customer service - the best I've seen in a retail store in a while! Unusual pieces. Very clean & orderly set out so it's easy to browse.

I visited it on Wednesday,  February 4th. I love the place. The Phillipino staff was so friendly.  Clothes were of good quality and affordable.  What a marvelous place to shop especially ladies attire!

Very poor store. Very little merchandise,  which I acknowledge is not their fault as they rely on donations. Walked into the store to a supervisor complaining about a staff member to another staff member. Staff only acknowledged me when I entered the changing room with a garment,  then once the curtain was closed and my top was off I was asked how many items i had in there.  After I answered a hand came through the curtain waving a tag at me. When I came to pay I was told that there is a minimum EFTPOS of $10: unfortunately this tactic designed to get me to buy more items had the opposite effect - I left empty handed and will not bother to go back. Very disappointing, I thought the power of humanity was better than that.

Excellent range with good deals. Found a stack of plates going for much cheaper than at Vinnies or the Chinese shop across the road. Friendly staff. The new loyalty programme is a nice touch.

I visited here as I missed my train and got a nice top by 20% off. People here are really friendly and lots of good stock. Lucky I had only 20 mins otherwise I would have spent a fortune!

Very good op shop with a nice range of clothes, wish there was more menswear but I guess women tend to collect and donate more clothes! Friendly and helpful staff. Sells various knick-knacks and homewares too. Located at the top of the non-functioning escalator at the entrance to McWhirter's, you can't miss it.
