Small range but had a few good finds, tried to say hi to staff, just watched me the entire time, was uncomfortable, not rude necessarily just lacking people skills? Tried at the counter again too....weird
I visited today , a rainy day , there was anybody else in the shop. They have quite a lot of clothes essentially women's clothes. There is not a lot of other variety. Not many kitchen goods. They have shoes and a small amount of Christmas bits and pieces. I did purchase three things. The prices aren't cheap probably moderate for a charity shop. I was watched like a hawk and followed around the shop by staff member which was a little discomforting, but she was friendly enough. Most of the clothes women's from Millers etcetera ...nothing really out of the ordinary. It could be hard to find this charity shop as it's off the road and not obvious to get to. However Google Maps lead me to the front of the shopping centre... I trusted it, parked up and found the store at the back of the alley way, a little way past this chemist.
I love this op shop. It is my favourite in Brisbane. Rita is a lovely lady who is very generous, too. Since moving away, I miss this place a lot. It's a great place to find cute Asian-style clothing donated by the fashion-forward Sunnybank community.
Been shopping here for years. If you are a small size, there are some great find to be found. I got 4 formal dresses here, multiple pairs of shoes and more. You will have to visit often and rummage but well worth the reward.
The elder lady mending the store was extremely nasty, telling the other staff to “not turn her back” on my family and as if we would steal from the store when our intentions were to try and help. They were rude, unfriendly and made my family feel alienated. Red Cross should really consider the people they have in charge of their outlets and what sorts of message they want to send to the community.
Great little shop. Lovely staff. Bought lots of clothes that I have been after. As well as some great books. Thank you.
Lovely designer clothes for a great price. A little hidden gem. The staff are absolutely beautiful in nature and make the store the great place that it is.
The ole ducks were nice not bitter like everyone else said. The goods the were cheap, very cheap. Air conditioned. A all rounded nice experience.
The ladies here at the op shop are always just bitter and nasty, they put me off going in and I am a big op shopper. Disappointing.
Custoner service very poor they rugged not polite not approachable! Hope they change there approach to the customer be nice and be kindness.
