My wife has just left this practice in tears.  Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the lady who was outrageously rude and condescending.  My 3 year old son was sent for an X-ray via referral from our GP.  From the first interaction the lady was rude to my wife, my son then became upset as he gets anxious with anything like this, only for the staff member to say “this is a good start” to then add something to the effect of “why would you put your son through this” Insinuating that his issue was not justified for an X-ray and also made some other comments about his referral reason.  I don’t think you should be giving medical advice!  Don’t go here, they are rude, no patience with children and clearly do not enjoy their job. My wife called me during this whole ordeal and I can hear the staff member carrying on in the background and forced my wife to leave.  Disgusting.  Seems a common theme looking at other reviews .

Lovely reception staff. Easy entrance from the back. Parking is also available at the back. Very spacious waiting area. The lady doing my ultrasound seemed thorough. I went here because I was told that they bulk bill. Will definitely return as it all went well and I was especially pleased that the appointment was on time. Not much waiting at all.

Receptionist were very nice and so professional,Radiologist Kimberly was amazing i rate her 10/10 with 5stars she was great very professional approach. I definitely recommend this place.

The whole experience was awesome. The warm welcome from reception staff, lovely radiologist, and Dr Tie was wonderful as well.

I visited this morning for a procedure & after a very informative conversation with the doctor we decided on the best option to take. Very happy with the visit.

Awful customer service with no empathy or understanding towards patients. Would not recommend. Definitely go elsewhere if you can.

I went for Ultra Sound today 17.05.2022,the lady who did my ultrasound was wonderful. i am giving 5 star review because of her.  Front desk lady were nice too. Thank you.

Do not go here. Rude staff. My son was the patient. Do not take children here. The staff have no patience

Rude, Rude, Rude, Staff are condescending, didn't listen, all staff need to get some manners was the worse experience ever  absolutely disgusting!! Honestly if you can go to another establishment I would do so! !
