We had an amazing experience with James at Australian Piano Warehouse! He really knows his stuff when it comes to pianos. James was super patient and took the time to explain everything to us, helping us pick the perfect piano. Can’t recommend him enough!
Nice music shop. Friendly helpful staff, only too happy for me to try the amp I was interested in with a really nice guitar from their display. Tiny little tryout room, but was ideal for my needs. Gave a small discount on items when requested. All in all a pleasant friendly experience.
I enquired about Yamaha P-525 digital piano with stand. I asked if they price matched, straightaway the lady looked it up and agreed to interstate price. Do your homework. Took me well over an hour to get there with the trucks and the traffic and the roadworks. South Road.nI wasn’t disappointed. While I was there I asked about other keyboards, was shown the difference. They know their piano’s, I took the advice, I stayed with the Yamaha, I’m happy.nReg checked, it wouldn’t fit in the car. He delivered it himself, free. He saved me a painful trip back. James and Reggie were super helpful in getting my new Yamaha CLP745 into my new apartment. They were more than patient with my needs and kept up with my demands, letting me keep the boxing day discounts and ensuring the moving company was aware of everything even though there were bank transfer issues from my end.
Very nice place- large and spacious. Staff are friendly and took the time to answer my questions. Prices are similar to other shops in Adelaide.nUpdated to add, they only have piano related things now. Any guitar/ drums etc, you have to visit their sister store Billy Hyde.nHope this info helps.nEasy Parking right outside.
