I had the misfortune of working here for a bit. One woman or another broke down in tears each night.nIt made the night shift manager feel powerful. Their method of maintaining productivity was to antagonise the 5 least productive people each night. This is not only flawed in practical terms, but it’s absolutely abusive. I made some simple mistake, and was picked up on it by multiple managers thing Office Space. To make matters worse, potential quality management was right under the company’s nose, hidden from view on night shift. I’m not talking about myself. The HR manager gave an audible sigh over the phone as I resigned as if she had no idea how the place was run on night shift. Thanks for the opportunity.
