Hi the sales staff are helpful and flexible when it came to making my appointment. The Queensland sales team are very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to design the best way to get the most out of the space we had and the cheapest price Installation was just as easy and they were on time if not early. After sales service is fantastic our problem was seen to quickly and professionally. We recommend that you at least get a price from them and do not go anywhere else

We recently installed shutter blinds. From start to finish it went perfectly!. Steele ( the salesman) and Mal (the installer) explained exactly was to happen and when. The job started on time and the electrician even vacuumed the dust he had created when installing the switches. A big thank you and well done to all involved !

Terrible service. Very forceful and pushy about getting a sale, don’t care about your own personal financial situation. It was alll about getting the sale, they pretended to give us a cheaper quote based on excess product from an existing project and we had to close the sale if we wanted that price. Talk about putting you under pressure, they come over the house at 6pm at night after a long day of work, we asked if we can think it over but they were pushy pushy pushy. I found once you sign off on the agreement they don’t want to talk to you anymore. We were told in order to get the price we were being quoted, we had to agree right then & there. And we had to get someone in ASAP to get a proper measurement. I was told someone was to call me immediately the next day to confirm dates. But NOBODY CALLED ME. Anyway as they didn’t call me that next day we changed our minds about going through with it as we looked at our budget more closely and it worked out to be to expensive for us and we would be likely in under financial stress if we kept on with the contract. There is a cooling period and it was within this period. So I tried to call the office to cancel but I could only get hold of reception who could only take messages. I sent an email about it and nobody got back to me. Funnily enough on that same day I sent an email to cancel, that’s when they decided to charge the deposit on my credit card. I called multiple times, took at least 2 weeks before the manager got back to me. It’s like they were purposely trying to make sure we missed the cooling period so that they are not obligated to pay back my deposit. They have absolutely made me feel like I’ve just been conned. Christian said the deposit will be refunded immediately but it’s now been a month. I was considering still using these guys for when we are ready financially to fork out the cost, but after this saga I definitely would not recommend them. Their product may sound of good quality but their service is definitely below standard. They quoted us $15k for auto outdoor screens based on interest free financing, but when I finally got hold of the manager he tried to tell me I could get it for $10k if I paid cash to try and get the sale. Clearly they are making a massive margin or that interest free financing is clearly not interest free! I understand business is business but to be fooled around like this and take my money and won’t give it back when they haven’t provided me any service or product is appalling. DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Go somewhere else or hopefully they get better at their service.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Helpful and professional staff on the phone, sound advice from initial consultant and great service from installer. Great product too. Our blinds look better than we imagined. Really can't fault our experience.

Soooo disappointment for both products and also their arrogant attitude. They charged me $9,500.00 for 28 square meters deck without any stain and painting. After chasing them for one month, they finally sent someone to finish this job which turns out to be a sub-contractor. The sub-contract get paid by $800.00 for his labor as this is his first time to deal with this company. Therefore, you can image what is the quality of this $9500 decking? Second, No respect to their client. At the first beginning, I also ordered motion blinds with them, they didn't show up for twice in a row. I cancelled the order with them in the end. During the possess of cancellation, their arrogant attitude was surprised me. I felt so happy to cancel the order, instead of ripping off by Australian Outdoor Living. I have been dealing with tradesmen quite a lot since I built house on my own, Australian Outdoor living is the worst trader which I can swear to God. Their salesman person is really good at sales, but their product is definitely not worth that money you paid. Should NOT mark yourself as a quality-products provider, if you are outsourcing your business to some unqualified contractor. BTW: I had a service call back from Australian Outdoor Living Brisbane. We made an appointment Monday Morning 04/12/17. And again, as usual, they didn't show up. Until today 04/01/2018, I didn't hear any words from them about no show. I reckon it probably a typical Australian Outdoor living style.
