The principal needs to understand that this school is not in Afgh#$%. He should stop acting like a dictator and show some manners when dealing with the staff. Look at how many teachers have left or are planning to leave. His treatment of the teachers depends on his mood—if he’s had a good day, he's nice; if not, he takes it out on the staff.He seems to want to be feared rather than respected, and he doesn’t value building relationships. It makes one wonder who will stay in contact with him once the school finally moves on from his leadership.nHe also does not care about educating children and biuld some manners, in He also shows little interest in actually educating the children or fostering good manners. Instead, he reprimands teachers if they attempt to correct student behavior. No wonder this school struggles with many students exhibiting poor manners.
They don’t care about children’s mental health. They don’t treat students with respect. Students don’t have much fun in the school. Art classes most of the time are replaced with other serious subjects They don’t actually have true art teachers and or resources for Art and all they care about is NAPLAN NAPLAN NAPLAN. Learn learn learn non-stop even in the holidays they expect the students to do some homewok. However, our kids are getting the opportunity to spend time with other kids from almost same culture, for that I give two stars.
The school principal is horrible, and he treats the teachers terribly,. That is why the teachers leave and this affects the wellbeing of the students. He is angry and bitter. The teachers work very hard. He should try to show more appreciation. He is terrible leader who is micro managing everyone. Staff are afraid of him with his unreasonable demands. No wonder so many teachers are leaving the profession!!!!!
The school has progressed tremendously in the past few years, with more focus on early childhood development, and new state of the art buildings. The teachers are friendly and caring. We've only had positive experiences with the school as a family.
Absolutely brilliant school, was given mixed reviews by a lot of people in the community, even some of my closest friends. Managed to get a spot for my 2 kids last year and definitely amazed with what I've seen.nnTeachers are on-top of things, homework gets checked and marked everyday, there always seems to be something going on and despite being polar opposites, both my daughter's have managed to fit in very well.nnFront reception is well managed and I get sms updates and emails about important things that are going on. Haven't joined the PnF committee yet, but that's probably the next step from here. The building works are going along nicely and there should be some new classes coming up soon too.
