It's almost an hour now from the appointment time and still no one showing up. Indifferent & rude receptionists have no idea whatsoever . What a waste of time,,,and no reception in the waiting area. Feels like being at an ED. What's the point of making appointment? So disappointed.
Nice place, but have been advised by concierge that there are no nursing rooms. Very disappointing as it's a brand new building and no care was put into the needs of breastfeeding mothers, nor for mother's returning to work that need a nursing room to express.
This was a telephone consult and was conducted in a professional but friendly manner, achieving a satisfactory conclusion.
I went for a hearing test 7 years ago ordered hearing aid following up every two weeks for 2 months and then ask for them to call me when it arrived I still haven't received the hearing aid it's put me off I'm going to get a hearing aid or test ever since

My daughters hearing aid is not working, no where to get it repaired on the weekend and I work so how do I get them to Macquarie park during the week and get a spare one?
