Friendly efficient staff. My go-to for pathology testing. Everything is self explanatory- I dont need or want my hand held. Great service!
Don’t listen to the negative reviews! I’ve attended this pathology lab numerous times including on peak Saturday mornings and staff have always been delightful, efficient and quick getting through patients.nnFrom reading the negative reviews I get the feeling that the treatment you get is maybe more a reflection on yourself and how you treat people more than anything else….
If I could give this place zero stars I would, incredibly rude staff, extremely long wait times, avoid if you need a test in a reasonable time frame.
Wow. A truly anti-customer-service organisation. From the closed gate so you can't access visitor parking forcing you to park on the street, to the absent then abrupt then actively rude staff, this place is a case study in poor service and poor service design. No staff so take a number and press the buzzer. And nothing happens. Nothing. Nobody is coming. When they finish their chat and decide to turn up at the desk you find the number was as useless as the buzzer clearly was. It's like a psychological experiment on how bad service can be and you'll still accept it.
Terrible service. They don’t pick up the phones and then when you show up, they say they can’t do the test, wasting your valuable time.
