I came to this clinic as it was hard to find my veins. So we reached there and I didn't get to sit down, was called immediately to give my blood, she kept talking with me and analysed my hands and decided she was going to take the blood from my left arm. In a few seconds she said she was done. It was so quick and I didn't feel the needle. Way to go!!

Service isn't as bad as the other people here make it out to be, it's just a bit slow since they have one person doing collections during certain periods. You also have to print out your referral beforehand if you're doing something like a commercial bloodtest you paid for. Took me 30 mins or thereabouts which is heaps slower than a regular collection clinic at a doctors
Don’t listen to the negative reviews! I’ve attended this pathology lab numerous times including on peak Saturday mornings and staff have always been delightful, efficient and quick getting through patients.nnFrom reading the negative reviews I get the feeling that the treatment you get is maybe more a reflection on yourself and how you treat people more than anything else….
Not sure if Clinical labs is still in 1950s,nThey dont accept ereferals or referals via email.nAnd when we asked why, the rude answer was we are old school.nSo always do yourself a favour and print a copy of referal.
