We visited the Clayton centre for a certain test. No one was at the front desk to inquire, and after waiting for almost 15 minutes, a lady came and informed us that they stop taking samples after 11 a.m. We had arrived before 11 and rang the bell, but she only came out after 11. She was not very professional and asked us to come back on another day, even though we explained that we had arrived before 11. Most importantly, their display shows that they are open until 12 p.m., with no notice about not taking samples after 11 a.m. I would appreciate it if you could improve your service to make it more convenient for patients.
I had been two other places and the nurses were unable to take my blood. The nurse here is so quick and I didn't feel much pain. Only feel a bit sore of my arm afterwards. Will come back again :
Fine in the afternoon, NOT in the morning.nnGot a few tests done - first time I rocked up around 2:00 pm and it was quick and easy.nnSecond time I rocked up at 8:30, waited for 15 minutes in a room full of people. No movement. Few people at the counter just wanting to ask a question. Nobody there. Went to the front of the building at let the lady there know, but she just kept telling me that somebody should be there, so I walked out.nnDefinitely need somebody the reception desk for questions & answers. Likely more staff for mornings as well, as by the look of it, wait times are likely to be around an hour or more.
Every time I come here I have been met by the kindest pathologists. I trust and recommend this place!

OBIO THE NURSE SAYD YES WE ARE AT THIS ADDRESS ...nI CALL AGAIN BECAUSE OUR SPETIALIST WAS WAITTING FOR THE RESULTS ...nA DIFFERENT LADY UNSER THE PHONE SAYING OOO YES WE HAVE A CLINIC AT DONCASTER RD.nTHEN SHE ASK ME HUNDRED QUESTIONS WICH I RESPOND SO I GIVE THE FAX No. SO SHE CAN SEND THE RESULTS ...nSO WE WAIT ... WHEN THE SPETIALIST CALL US IN, THE BLOOD TEXT RESULT WAS MISSING FROM THE FAX THAT SHE SENT ... NOW WE HAVE TO COME BACK TO THESPETIALIST WITH THE COMPLITE REPORT !!!!nYOU ARE PLAYING WITH THE SICK PEOPLE !!!nYOU JUST WANT MONEY & WE WISH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BEEN IN THIS POSSITION SO YOU SUFFER THE SAME CONSECUENTIAS !!!nI SHOULD PUT NOT STARTS WHAT SO EVER !!!
