Easily the most monumentally incompetent bunch of clowns i have come across in 15 years working in building and construction. Suncorp gave us these guys to fix water damage at our house and they failed at every turn. Their scope was wrong. Their consultants were incompetent and clearly didn't understand how buildings go together. Their customer service was non existent. I had to fight for months to demonstrate to Suncorp that ABCG's reports and advice were just flat out wrong. And eventually, Suncorp agreed with me. But had i not worked in building and construction, we would have been left ten's of thousands of dollars worse off because ABCG were incompetent at their job. If these guys are given to you by an insurance company, ask for someone else straight away.

If I could give a negative result I would. They have been the worst company I have ever dealt with even worse than Telstra! Completely unprofessional in every aspect! They cant even tell the difference between colourbond colours. The customer service is non existent and they caused many thousands of dollars damage to my home then they ever fixed purely through stupidity! And they are more than happy to lie....

Insurance claim through AAMI June to September 2106. AB&C was an awful experience with a group that did not deliver. The supervisor appointed to my insurance claim by AB&C sent the wrong scope of works, then told me it was the computers fault. After finding mine and sending me the correct addressed assessment there were omissions which had to be added that were highlighted in the original inspection and by their assessor during the original inspection of the damage. They don't keep time contracts which they themselves set, they do not follow up on call or emails and when do get through you get talked down to. I complained to AAMI now AB&C want to do a cash pay out to get out of their obligations. It was an utterly lousy experience dealing with these people.

Do not work with these people. Badly run. Taking advantage of people in need. The office staff are rude and talk down to you. Really look into your other options.
