Great company, gave me steady, reliable work which lead to a permanent position. Always friendly with me, and very personal, often asking about my weekend etc. loved working for this crew, would definitely use them again if I needed too, and would definitely recommend them to people.

I shall share my experience with Australia wide. Earlier this year I was employed as a casual in a low level, low paid food processing plant. At this plant you are not permitted a water bottle while working and subsequently dehydrate while you work but I'm not going to complain about the company as I actually enjoyed my time there. The agreement in place with Australia Wide is that I would receive a phone call the evening before my next shift and be advised of my starting time. This happened occasionally and I didn't mind the limited opportunities as I'm middle aged and the physical nature of the job brought out my aches and pains. However what I didn't appreciate was unexpected early morning phone calls that would disrupt my wife's and I sleep. My whole world is pre planned and if i'm not pre booked for work I make other arrangements. Well as I found these early morning calls intolerable I politely called the agency and left a polite message to MR Jim who was calling me up at the crack of dawn and gave him a thorough explanation of my situation and asked him to please only call me the night before and not in the morning. BTW this company had tons of workers going in and out of this food plant. Anyhow obvious offence was taken by Australia wide at my request and I was never invited back to that employer again. In fact I never heard the phone ring from Australia Wide ever again. Hence I don;t recommend them at all.

Probably the best recruitment agency out there to be honest. Can't stress enough how professional these guys are. I got into a great job from them and never looked back. Really happy with the results and they actually deliver. Well done guys. 5 stars but really it should be 10 out of 10.

Great professional with a good sense of humour and cultivated. He know how to get the best and motivate people. I contacted Australia Wide for a role in Melbourne while still being in Barcelona. Roy Dickson called me and suggested some companies in Melbourne that could be interested in me had I the courage to bit the bullet. One of them was a really interesting company with high calibre engineers. So I ended up moving and even though did not get the job after 3 interviews, I was informed promptly about when, with whom and how they would the interviews go. I was also informed personally an not by e-mail that I did not get the job. Which was something I am thankful for. Best of luck Roy, an best of luck you reader if you are looking for a job. Feel assured that you are in professional hands.

I recently moved to Melbourne and found an amazing job through Australia Wide. The recruitment agent that I was in contact with was super patient, listened to what kind of jobs I'm looking for and spend time in trying to get understand my skills and the type of jobs I'm looking for. Australian Wide got me 3 interviews for the 3 of top places to work in Melbourne. 2 after weeks I got to Melbourne I found a really satisfying and enjoyable job in Embedded Software development through Australia Wide Personnel.
