An absolutely fabulous service. We appreciated the efficient and clear communication in the lead up to our booking. The driver on the day, Peter, was fantastic - he arrived exactly on time and happily accommodated a last-minute change in pick-up location. Great experience from start to finish. Booked a private tour for 17 people to Blue Mountains. Booking process was personalised & thoughtful. Communication with Stefan & Mark was great. The tour itself was so enjoyable with Tony as our guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made it a wonderful day. The structure of the day was well thought out and Blue Mountains themselves are stunning. Comfortable coach. Well worth it!
Hired a Australia Wide Coach for my wedding to do a transfer from Sydney to the Blue Mountains. Not only were they really easy to deal with from the first enquiry to the very day before the wedding, our guests commented on how comfortable the coach was. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone after a reliable coach service for any private function!
We travelled with Australia Wide Coaches in Sydney for our team building and lunch. On the day, the weather wasn't looking the best, however, the driver called us and advised us of where he was parked to save us waiting in the rain. The coach was clean, comfortable and well presented. We would be happy to travel with them again!
Our driver, Vince was a fantastic font of information and good humor. Our group of knitters visited the Blue Mountains and Featherdale Wildlife Park. I lost my purse with all my money and passport and he call the gift shop where I knew I left it and found out it had been turned in. He then arranged for another driver to pick it up the next day and that driver is dropping it off this eve tat my hotel! Vince saves me from disaster! I can’t thank him enough!
Having travelled to the Blue Mountains this week on a Gray Line Tour which was operated by Australia Wide Coaches, I am full of praise. The driver was so courteous and professional, treating his passengers with the highest respect. Our tour which was almost full had passengers from various parts of the world who were all treated equally. I must point out at each stop he was helping an Indian family who had a small child and elderly grandparents”
The drive was smooth and relaxing. The bus was very clean and comfortable with a handy phone charger and wi-fi. Both drivers were helpful and polite. I felt safe and enjoyed the trip.
I and 3 single ladies travelled with AWC with two groups one from Newcastle the other from Lalor Park to Griffith to see the Citrus Sculptures in Griffith. Vince was our driver he is an excellent driver very careful lots of knowledge he was patient when a passenger was sick and another lady didnt feel well he dropped her to our Motel nothing was ever too much trouble for him. he was always very clean and no dirty jokes I hope the next time I travel with AWC that he is our driver.

I recently had the pleasure to ride the coach from Strathfield to Orange and back last month. The driver was very polite, answering any enquiries that I had and also informing me of some interesting historical insight on the trip there.
