One of the slowest and worst post offices I have ever used. Often the queue is filling past the door with over 20-30 minute wait!nnNo choice for pickups but now this has caused me financial losses of over $100. This time I couldn't wait any longer and put my pre-aid return in the red mailbox on Friday afternoon. The parcel was not postmarked until the following Monday and therefore my return was rejected as too late.nnPreviously when the line looked over 30 minutes, I have actually driven to Kambah PO just to post my parcel to save time.nnWhen moving house I will make sure that this PO is never my LPO ever again, I have wasted too many hours waiting in line at this place over the past year.
I got help from Nikita who assisted me in putting in a damage claim for something I had ordered. She was so helpful and kept me up to date along the way and helped me get reimbursed fairly so I could order another item. Very lovely staff.
I really liked this Post Office. There was plenty of staff, who were friendly. It's not packed like Woden, so no long lines and tired / cranky people on both sides of the counter. Also, unlike Woden, it's open on Saturday morning. Loses a star for parking which is busy because it's so close to Cooleman Court.
I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It can get quite busy, but thats because there is no major post offfice servicing all the new suburbs in the Molonglo Valley area .
Australia post offer an absolute rubbish service. Their automated phone service is the most difficult thing to deal with. For a billion dollar company you would think they could personalize the experience a lot better.nMy medication has been in fyshwick since 8am Friday morning express post They choose to not deliver it until Monday afternoon. Auspost choose profit over providing a quality service, every time.nThey create theseproblems for there staff.
