everyone needs to get their shit together and do their job properly. my parcel has been declared as lost a day ago. parcel was worth over 500$ all of my stuff for my business gone to waste. u guys need to be shut down asap.
My passport application including copies of identity documents still sitting at this facility 14 days after it arrived there. And I only found out because the passports office advised they had not received it. AusPost brushed this off saying I needed to wait another 10 days while they investigate. Told they would call me. I had to call them. I paid extra for rapid processing. This is beyond a joke. If I could give 0 I would. Needless to say I have made a complaint to the Ombudsman.
My package was supposed to be delivered from this facility to my address in Melbourne however it was transferred to Perth?? Aus Post was great and lodged an “intercept request” for me but sounds like something went wrong at this facility for my package to have ended up in another state!
At the moment not happy at all. I have sent a parcel to Broome only 5 days later the parcel hasn't moved from Sunshine West post depot what are they doing it's disgusting. They should employ people that know what they doing.
These people who sought all the parcels need to lift their game number one they're too lazy and don't want to work they don't scan items so you can see them on your Australia post app and leave you sitting like a sitting guard duck wake up sorting centre you've got Christmas coming how you's got to go then
