Great friendly service and helpful staff, fantastic location right opposite the park, easy parking and access to the parcel lockers opposite the carpark. They even have a vending machine with satchels etc, one of the best post office buildings I've ever seen.
Great customer service. Went here just before it closed, a young man helped me out to post an express box. My box was slightly over by 4 grams and I had planned to purchase the medium sized satchel bag but he helped me to just purchase postage paid parcel for the 500g weight rather than the 1kg, saving me $10. Really friendly and helpful! Thank you. Parking was easy today as I came right on closing time.
Staff are great - once you get to the front of the queue.nI have no complaints about the people but a lot of feedback about the facilities. The post office is open limited weekend hours and now that the parcel collection point isn’t open on weeeknds or extended evening hours the queues are ridiculous. I feel bad for people who are doing things other than parcel collections.nThey’ve also reduced the parking spaces dramatically- it’s like they don’t actually want people to come there… would they rather all those parcels continue to get delivered to doorstop vs the efficiency of parcel lockers?nPlease fix the parking both so there’s somewhere to park after hours to collect & reopen the closed spaces and please reopen the parcel collection extended hours.
I have been to this post shop many times since I keep missing packages. I have never tried to mail things, so I cannot comment on their full range of services, but I have nothing but good things to say about parcel collection. First of all, parcel collection is open until pretty late-6 pm, and around 5:30 pm the crowd levels are pretty low. I generally show up close to 5 pm and I feel like social distance protocols are very well maintained and the space is very open and clean. The staff are also super helpful—I went to collect a package that somehow did not get associated with my account and was not in their usual spots, more ready to be sent back area, and they dropped everything as a team to go and locate the package for me and found it. I hope I have a similar experience when I start using their mailing services as well!nnAlso the location is beautiful, see pictures!
Usually have a great experience here but I came in at 11:30am today to collect a parcel and the supervisor man working was extremely rude and condescending. My parcel had been shipped under the wrong name and he was straight on the attack with me insuitating it wasn’t my parcel even though I had shown him the order, tracking, proof of address etc. he started cutting me off when I was showing him proof and made it an uncomfortable experience when I was just trying to help him give him the info he needs.
