that guy who drives the white van is a sad lame loser he can’t be bothered getting out of the van and actually delivering parcels just says you weren’t there you refused and drives around all day like a lump of lard
Really lovely and patient service - my favourite post office.
TERRIBLE. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I walked out of the post office crying because of the old rude man at the counter. He was extremely harsh and blatantly RUDE. As a person in customer service, I understand that you need to follow policies but say them in a nice way. The way he told me about not having ID was rude and cunning. As someone who was having a good day already it’s hard to have good days with my illness he made it so bad. I am disgusted in the way the staff treat customers here. I am never going back again
