The staff are doing their best to hand the parcels, but more stuff is desperately needed during busy hours. I dread coming here because the wait is often around 30 minutes. See the photo showing how long the que is.nnPlease, AusPost, allocate more staff and update infrastructure for this crazt busy spot!
The good note is the staff is doing their best when giving parcels upon collection.nnHowever, I have been over to this post office to collect my parcels whenever I place an order online. Most of my parcels are “signature not required”, and you can open the gate into the house and it’s safe ‍ I’ve been here more often than I should be over 6 times living here in Melbourne and it’s so frustrating when I live in a gated home and have instructions saying “leave at door”.nI feel as if this can be avoided if the parcel delivery people deliver the same parcels DIRECTLY AT THE DOOR.nnI’m beginning to think they are literally just being lazy.nnPlease make sure to have a meeting with your staff to get this sorted as the queues are unbelievably long.nnUpdate: not even a few days I wrote this review and I’ve had to visit this post office TWICE this week ‍nnI normally don’t write a review but this is actually terrible customer service on the deliverers end.
Deliver doesn’t come, Wasted my 30 minutes getting the parcel! I live in an apartment with a caretaker and a parcel room.no way cannot deliver!

Picked up package at the Australia post depot quick and easy and staff was helpful and friendly and mostly a pick up center so the two or three times I been there hardly any line to wait .
