A huge shout out to Romsey Post Office...nnJust in time for Book Week!nnThursday afternoon – no costume delivery .nnRomsey Post Office kept an eye out and rang first thing Friday, before trade hours, to let us know the costume had arrived. They even allowed us to pick it up before school and before the post office had officially opened.nnNow that is awesome customer service! nThank you Richard and team at Romsey PO.
Absolute amazing service from the team at Romsey recently. I inadvertently failed to address a parcel I handed to them over the counter. The team took the time to search the waste paper bin looking for my details and failing this used some very clever detective work to track down my contact number through local relations and give me a call to address the error.nFantastic service from Romsey LPO!!!
The staff here are very friendly and cannot do enough to help us with our various enquiries.
They went above and beyond for me today as I was having trouble re directing my mail. I really appreciate how helpful and friendly they were.
Can you please update your hours on Google? It states you are open Saturdays from 9am and today 27 Jan 2024 you are closed.
