Took my baby daughter to this post office to get passport photo’s taken, as their website states they are able to take photo’s & this specific branch even have a large poster of a mum & child advertising passport photo services. I was asked by Indian-Asian lady if i brought a white sheet / blanket, which I did, but then told that they do not do passport photos for infants & that I should go to Northlands PO branch. Unwilling to even try or attempt taking a photo, just a plain “NO”! Had to leave, after it took me forever to find parking & forever to get my baby settled to have her photo taken, which then did not happen. Received excellent service at Nortlands branch, completely different attitute from staff there.

bad service,if you have some problems for your mail,they will let you call 131318 and no one to answer....

I have never in my life experienced such bad service. Not to be racist or rude but I was served by a very rude mature aged middle eastern lady about 15 minutes ago. I was told that I could get a Taxation Declaration form from my local Post Office. I came in asking if there was one that I could have. She straight up said no. I then asked her if she had any idea where I could find one and she replied with I don't know, whilst looking at me with an uninterested face and with a very rude tone and attitude. The previous post I went to, Northland Post had exceptional customer service. I know it was about an hour until closing but service was appauling and I would never come back. I only rated it a 1 star because that was minimum; however, if I had the chance, I would not even give it a single star.
