Going into the LPO is genuinely delightful. The team are so helpful and genuinely go the extra mile for the customers. I haven’t been a local for long, but the staff already know me by name. Nothing to improve, thanks for the great service!
My partner and I had the best laugh with the lovely man behind the counter. We have never enjoyed a visit to a post office as much as we did today. He was just so nice, friendly, funny and very professional.
When having to go to the Post office everyday isn't a chore anymore! Thank you Raouf and Zaida for providing THE BEST customer service in town. Your kindness and professionalism are top level. The best and cheeriest customer service I’ve ever received. Always a pleasure to see and work with. All staff obviously pride themselves and their jobs and it really shows. Always my preferred destination and it should be yours too. Forever greeted by smiles and pleasant service.
If I could give 10 stars I would, this is the most welcoming post office I have ever been to. Rauf and Zaida are so welcoming and lovely, they know all their customers by name and will also offer free water which is lovely on those hot summer days. I don't go to any other post office now.
