If I could give Australia Post 0 stars I would! Appalling service. My parcel has been sitting at depot for over a week! Tracking is useless as is customer support , they've told me to wait a month before they can assume it's lost! Overseas delivery is superfast only to be lost or held at Malaga indefinitely!!! This is always happening , it's not an isolated incident!!
Parcel sitting there for near 1.5 weeks! No movement!!! Sent from NSW to Perth to have early before Christmas and before I fly in tomorrow! Probably won’t even receive before Christmas at this rate. Very poor service!
Parcel has been sitting here for 10 days and been receiving no updates. Auspost customer service is no help. Taken 3 1/2 weeks for a parcel to deliver
Have had a parcel sitting here for 5 days after sitting in an AP sorting facility in Hobart for 10 days. Seriously?
A delivery was attempted at 8am despite the retails store NOT opening until 8.30 which is clearly sign posted and we get the se drover EVERY time.
