Would not go and look for a delayed parcel that was showing as being processed there. Parcel had medication my 6 year old daughter needed and she ended up admitted to hospital last night with seizures because i coupdnt get the medication. One of the ladies there is an ice addict she buys it off someone i know and im putting her name on some public facebook pages.
Not sure what is going on but lately this service is a joke. Parcels are going back to Redbank after they arrived in West Mackay, to be returned to West Mackay again 3-4 days delaynThe latest one was that they couldn't give me my parcel they had it in their hand because I chose a Parcel Box and a different label needed to be printed and applied to the parcel another 2 days delaynI even showed them on my phone that I could mark the parcel as received if they couldn't do it, but they refusednThe world evolved around them while they were stuck in the '90s
I have been trying to get a hold of someone at West Mackay PO about a parcel but no one answers the phone. How is that possible? I can't ho down there as I live at Slade point and have no car at the moment.nThis is so frustrating. Employ more employees if you have no one to answer your phones
I don't know why parcels take so long to transit from Brisbane to here and then onto Proserpine : I am sure the staff are lovely but maybe there is something wrong with the computer systems?
