This post office has been my local for a couple years now. I buy a lot of stuff online and when they see me walk in, they go grab my package without me saying a word. Haha. I found the team to always be helpful and good to deal with.nTheir trading hours are awesome.
I find the staff rude, one male in particular. I actually hate using this post office now because of their horrible customer service. As the one further down on High St shut recently this is the next closest one available which is unfortunate. I will probably trek to a post office further away from now on just so I don’t have to engage with their staff. Honestly, they are so rude. This is the newly positioned post office next to the butcher.
I find them just a bit lack of conversation. You may have to start conversation first about what your visit for. After that, they will do everything quickly as long it is just picking up or post a parcel or documents. The location is good with plenty of parking around. Easy to find.
Horrible customer service. My package was stored in their shop over a month and they never notified me. The guy talking was also afraid to look at me when he talked and claimed that their delivery drivers don’t leave information to pick up packages when it hasn’t been delivered. They said they would call or text but never did… terrible
sounds like someone was having a bad day...nI reckon most customers know the 'one-star reviews' are dodgy...
