This where i pick up my package. Ive been going there for long time and the owners always remember names and he is efficient a serving me and my family when we go there.nnGreat local shop.
Great service while posting my overseas parcels to Canada. There is so much more information he had to type into the system and he was happy to do it though i know of some post offices who send people home to do it online, which i didnt know you could at the time
Completely fraud. They charged me amount of 21 kilo for Australian post instead of 7 kilo had to pay 70 dollars. Terrific customer service!! Do not go here!!
I have been overcharged too many times. Last 1 was $3.80 for a standard sized Xmas card. Manager is very rude and doesn't care about his customers and/or staff. Staff turnover is extremely high. I now go to the Tuggeranong PO. Friendlier, professional and quick.
I went there to pay a very complicated bill, and the staff was incredibly patient. More importantly, I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the employee personally brought it to my home after their shift!!! Such a kind and amazing person!
