My wife recently came in to get her passport done and had to walk out due to how belittled she felt by the workers at the counter. She later told me how they had spoken her - and it made my blood boil!nnThe staff were rude and condescending, and spoke down to her with no compassion or respect. These Australia Post workers have lost their soul. They are horrible people. They clearly have no respect for anyone and no comprehension of how to address other people with dignity and understanding. If you want respect, you should give respect.nnIt makes sense why this post office is rated one of the lowest on the Sunshine Coast for the past 5+ years. Just read other peoples comments! Shame on you Australia Post, they should all be replaced.
The post office staff here are very unhelpful and rude. The manager is especially rude to customers asking for help.nGo to Moffat beach post office to do your post this place is a waste of your time.
I went to Caloundra post this afternoon to print some postage labels as the buyer had paid for postage. The postage lady viewed the label and scanned the barcode. After she scanned, she explained that she is unable to print the postage label due to confidentiality reasons ,and asked me to go to the local hairdresser to get it printed. How is this confidential?nnAlso, I realised I couldn’t access the postage labels again to print as she has activated the tracking number when scanning, therefore it was marked as sent on my system. I tried to explain this to them, but they wouldn’t accept it and made me pay for the postage, even though they had made the mistake. They even asked me to try get a refund from the buyer which is not fair on them either!!nnA simple apology would have have been appreciated. Very poor service. I will avoid from now on.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Out of the 4-5 times I have visited almost every time I have been served by rude staff members who roll their eyes or talk down to their customers. They would rather inconvenience their customers than spend 5 mins creating a postage label. I ended up taking my parcels and driving to another post office. I will be avoiding this PO as much as I can.
I have been going to this post office for years and have never had a problem, service at the counter excellent. I do pick up alot parcels at the pick up area early and staff are amazing. Parcels that have been delivered have been undamaged and left in a safe place all team that work in this area are amazing. I would like to wish all team members of this post office a very merry Christmas and a safe New year.
