Disgusting attitude by a staff member at the counter extremely rude and unhelpful even rolled her eyes cause the barcode wouldnt scan. Australia post staff are usually lovely but not at this one.

Incredibly inefficient , unprofessional, insultive , rude  and very unhelpful .
Three times I had to return with various paperwork because they did not have their facts sorted on what was required for the specific forms .
Never ever going to use that location again, so rude that they were laughing as they kept making mistakes
