Appalling excuse for service!nI greeted the counter staff and began to explain that I was collecting a parcel when I was rudely interrupted and literally shouted down by a very large aggressive woman behind the counter.nNo greeting, no pleasantries just “I need to know I know your name!”nShe continued to yell and throw a tantrum whilst rummaging around looking for my parcel. I was speechless.nI find it remarkable that somebody with so little social skills and such rude behaviour is in a service position.nAvoid this post office at all costs.

Went to pick up a parcel, was basically told to shut up whilst they went to get my parcel! Will do my best not to go there again. Customer service zero, attitude zero.
Awful. The staff don't have a clue what they are doing. I went to pay an invoice there and the Irishman didn't have any idea what to do. He eventually told me to pay the bill elsewhere as he didn't know how to do it.nIt was absolutely diabolical.
Awful! I will definitely use Redlynch PO. So not helpful, and as they are the subject matter experts.....go somewhere else is my recommendation!
