You need to be open on weekends or at the very least extend your trading hours. Being open from 8.45AM - 5PM on weekdays only is so inconvenient for people who work full time. I am going to have to take time off of work to pick up my parcel - which had directions to leave at the front door.

Only open for the elderly and unemployed - if you happen to have a job and need to pick up a package here, You can basically give yourself the one finger salute, unless you take it to the extreme and take a whole paid day off work to go pick up your $20 dollars worth of DVD's. Here's an idea - Adapt to your actual market and actually open when a majority of your customers can actually use your services - maybe consider being open a couple hours later on a Thursday?

couldn't get any help to pick up my parcel. well, do you really understand how troublesome you making if you are not open on staruday? if your old permanent staff don't like to work on weekend, go hired some casuals at least someone want to work on weekend and ppl who work from monday to friday earlier than you, and finish later than you can have some hope. This is devastating, if you urgently need your parcel and you have take day off to get it.

wow horrible service yet again ! used my id to pick up packages before and now suddenly it’s invalid to use even though it’s perfectly usable till next year.. expects people to take days off to pick up packages but then doesn’t give them to them??? please hire people with logic
