The worst post office, I arrived at 8:20am, the person opening the post office was also parked in the carpark, she went in at this time, no drama they are meant to open at 8:45am, with many people waiting outside she doesn't open till 9am. No apology, just an annoyed look on her face, if you don't open at 8:45am then maybe update this information online. I have sent many complaints to AP as this post office is not my local post office and AP drivers continue leave my no signature required parcels here.This part I know is not their fault.
I dont get all the negative reviews, yes the opening hours suck they do for every AusPost shop, but the staff here have always been nice to me and I've never had an issue. If you have delivery problems download the app and set it to 'leave eligible parcels in a safe place' my parcels always get delivered no issues.
I have never experienced such a slow service. It is a busy Post Office and there are not sufficient staff. It is not unusual to be queueing out the door and longer than 30 minutes wait time. Parking is also very difficult.
Australia Post and Morningside LPO are the worst combination in the industry. Zero accountability for a delayed parcel due to the slackness of their drivers who don't knock or make any attempt to actually delivery parcels, nor leave collection cards.
If you are unable to cut passport photos to size you shouldn't be taking them!. I was left with a sheet of photos that I knew I would miss them up with scissors, and no place would cut them for me.
