I find them just a bit lack of conversation. You may have to start conversation first about what your visit for. After that, they will do everything quickly as long it is just picking up or post a parcel or documents. The location is good with plenty of parking around. Easy to find.

I went in to get a passport application done. The guy serving me was visibly peeved that he had to the application and huffed and sighed when he saw it while complaining about it in Chinese to his mate. This huffing and sighing continued throughout the process to the point where it was just plain uncomfortable. While I understand processing a passport is not the most fun thing to do, it is part of the job and if the guy hates doing such an administrative task he shouldnt be working for Australia Post.

the post office is near the traffic lights - next to the butcher 658 High Street Kew East ... it's not hard to work out ......there is a red post office box outside the shop as well not sure why some people still can't work it out ...they have been in the new place for a couple of months now.... I have had to tell a fair few people where the new shop is .... standing around looking lost in front of the old place..... I hope everyone works it out at some stage

This has been our local post office for the past couple of years. The guys behind the counter are really efficient and professional. Its trading hours are fantastic - I don't know too many other post offices that are open as late during the week or on weekends!

Staff spent 10-15 minutes certifying every individual document that I needed for my registration application. Very kind & calm, much appreciated!!!!!! Thankyou !!!!

What happened to you Jerry? What do you mean 'doesn't say a word'? You mean someone didn't say ''Hello' to you? Or maybe you didn't hear? Did you greet the person behind the counter? Get over it seriously... The customer service is really good in this post office..... they know what they are doing so everyone - please ignore these whingers in here

Getting a passport application lodged was fast and easy — would recommend.

Professional service...., they are fast and don't waste time..... I haven't been to post office where staffs is so fast in their work...... I think they have 3 staffs all Chinese people but not same staffs each day I don't know why people complain in here.. If you want help you must ask them and they will help.... They got all the services in there like Western Union and passport photos... If you not sure ask Wayne or ask Tony and they will help you...
