A good post office and also handles licenses application. The staffs are efficient and friendly. According to previous reviews I think they have improved Pls prepare all your documents before applying for your affairs, it will be easier for both you and the staff.

the staffs here seems don't know what they are doing. especially the lady in the counter who's taking the proof of age thingy that can't do or refused the very simple job it's very unhelpful, lazy and rude....
Always found this branch to be very helpful, professional and efficient. Branch is always tidy and stocked with a good range of services and gift ideas. I dont see how some people, going by some other reviews, can rate this branch so poorly because they can't be accountable for their own tardiness or poor behaviour. Keep up the great work. Thank you

I am a frequent visitor to this post office. I have availed a wide range of services starting From parcel collect, paying for railway tickets to sending international couriers.. Its a pleasure to visit this place. Excellent customer service and all the staff are very friendly & courteous. And yes, untill recently, they had one section where they had stuff at really discounted price.
Attended the post office this morning to have my son’s passport photos taken. Waited in a queue for over 20minutes, only to be told that their computer was playing up . Was told that I could wait another 5 minutes for the computer to be rebooted . When I accepted , I was told that there would be no guarantee that it would work. Agree with other reviews, customer service definitely lacking. Don’t waste your time , Try East Kew was done in 5mins , with customer service !
Very friendly and helpful staff, helped me choose the right sized satchel, packed my items and gave me an easier to fill in label. Great experience 2 days from Christmas.
In my entire life l have never witness a group of more incompetent patronising excuses for workers than in this store, it staggers belief how this post office functions. It is incomprehensible how many ridiculous hoops and red tape you have to go through to accomplish a menial task. The workers at this store took a 5 minute job and pulled it out to a 3 hour ordeal in which l gave up and when to the Riversdale post office and finished the task in a few minutes. Though l must give them credit they do excel at one thing and that is finding astonishing new ways to annoy and drag out tasks. If l could give it zero stars l would.
Old woman working behind the desk was very rude and condescending. If a customer asks you a question, you answer with words, not by staring at them and pointing at something as if it answers their question. All it does is make them uncomfortable. Waited 25 minutes just to get some passport photos taken and during those 25 minutes I was witness to multiple customers getting rudely talked to but this old woman, acting as if everyone is stupid.
