Great staff, and super efficient! I dropped a parcel this morning and unfortunately lost my tracking number on the way back home. I called and the super busy man found my parcel in the enormous pile, patiently repeated the number twice to me, all while being super nice about it. In one minute I was sorted! Many thanks!

This Post Office is an absolute nightmare. Rude, officious, incompetent, mean spirited, condescending... If I get a card to pick up a parcel, I seriously consider abandoning it. Worst customer service ever.
The staff that work here, are the rudest people ever. I will not be returning to this post office again. I sincerely hope that this establishment goes bust. I will be taking my business up to the Sumner Post Office. Near the corner of Nicholson st and Brunswick Rd. Every one else should do the same.
Exceptionally rude staff and very long wait times. I waited 15 minutes to send a parcel and in that time I was taken aback by the staff member literally yelling like a child on two different occasions. Unbelievable that this kind of customer service exists.
Jimmy and his family are hardworking and efficient. They are inundated with parcels yet always seem to be friendly. They do their best to get through the line quickly.
I’ve had a really good experience here. The family business is great and they always crack jokes and make me laugh. I’m often running late to get my parcels and they are so understanding and friendly about it. Have nothing bad to say about this Post Office!
