The staff Kim took the passport photo for me, she not care I was ready to take photo or not. After that she did not double check the email and sent the the wrong email, so she had to retake the photo and do everything one more time, and the whole process she was rude.
Rude and unprofessional staff. The grumpy lady who served me and yelled at me this morning doesn’t deserve to be in customer service. I just wanted to know the status of my parcel and she had the audacity to tell me that why can’t i wait or track it online myself as she doesn’t wanna put the tracking number in the system. This is your job and you don’t even wanna do that. Shame!
I have never seen as quite rude and extremely unfriendly staff in my entire life as those guys. I visited three times on three different occasions, received inconsistent information and they wasted a lot of my time for unfavourable outcomes. Worst service service that I have seen in my entire lifetime, I would rate them 0 out of 5 for their bad service.
i want to give 1 star to the caucasian man who was reluctant and unhappy to offer service. Maybe u have a tough day with your life or other customers but this is not an excuse to be rude and treat me like” why u don’t know this!” if i knew, i wouldn’t seek for help. hopefully you can improve your service and be a nice guy to other customers.
Extremely bad customer service, the male indian staff member tries to make things more complex than they have to be. Apparently my drivers license with my name and address matching the parcel was not enough to prove it's mine, made me feel like I was being interrogated.
Horrific service. Staff seem to revel in being unhelpful regardless of circumstance. Saw a man getting abused ahead of me before getting subjected to it myself. Avoid going if at all possible.

your teller service is worst not service customer well and don't have empathy with customer so upset talk to her to make understand carousel office.
The way they treat customer is absolutely rubbish. They need to learn how to respect a person and the whole staff needs to be changed. If they staff is not happy with their job they need to go look for something else and leave the position to someone who deserve and bring value to the service.
This store is a joke. If you want to go there for service, better save your fuel and your energy for walking in there because you’re going to get NONE-EXISTENT SERVICE. Beckenham post office is so much better and just a little bit down the road. Spend your fuel and money there and get better service. As a person who is also working in retail, I am appalled.
