Have had multiple parcels “lost” In this post office and tell me to come back later when they find it. Have requested parcel lockers via the aus post app and the item won’t be put in the locker. It’s hard for me to get to the post office so a locker would be great. Things requiring a signature also can’t be left in the lockers but when I come to collect in their short opening hours on Saturday they are at least 15 minutes late opening and I have an appointment at 10am! Their staff are either rude especially the bald guy with beard and glasses. or unknowledgeable about their own postal services. Have had run ins with the guy as it seems multiple people have. Any complaints fall on deaf ears. Refuse to scan the barcode for my parcel from the Australia post app too. I really wish I could have my parcels sent else where so I don’t have to deal with these clowns ‍
Absolutely no customer service. The male who I spoke to was incredibly rude and wasn’t knowledgeable. I had mail redirected here after JUST moving and so my address didn’t match, however I had the app saying I had a parcel to collect and also the card left by the delivery person. I also had another household with a parcel to collect. There is a delay from when mail is redirected and when your license will be updated, but this know it all male seemed to think I could just get a new license from service Tasmania on the day. Wrong. It takes a while before they send you your special sticker with updated address, to put on the back of your ID. He also kept saying I had been in the store only a week ago with the same “issue”. But he had mistaken me for someone else… not my problem if you are forgetting things! I would steer clear of this post office!!
Multiple times now have been home when pascal said it was meant to be being delivered, but when we get home there is not pascal or note mostly unless he can fit it in the mail box we have to go to the post to collect. Its a 50/50 if we get a note but we rely on the tracking emails to tell us where it is and if it hasn’t been delivered. The gate is quite loud and hard to miss plus a knock at the door you can’t not hear as it such a small space as well as the dog barks when she hears anything.
During the COVID-19 pandemic I was called in with the dreaded "card to collect" these jokers are to lazy to even attempt to deliver, just "card and run" Laws stood in place around cleaning of customer contact surfaces, didn't happen, laws stood in place around distance, ignored by staff. Failure to breach these laws on my part resulting in refusal to hand over my item. I have dealt with this rude and condescending owner for many many years. I must admit my conduct was a bit over the top hey I'm not Ghandi, but even he would have lost his **** In the end I had to offer to mount the counter and personally retrieve my item before getting the service I pay for without the attitude nobody deserves. An investigation was opened with AP who fobbed it off with a "they are a contractor and free to do as they please" and a lifetime ban for giving back the attitude I was expected to swallow. Mail dumping began occurring and illegal at commonwealth law level mind you refusal to deliver ANY mail to my address. The one upside to all this is the owner is older than I so can expect to outlive him and finally get better service couldn't get worse
Unfortunately, my few experiences with the staff have been terrible, the woman is quite kind, but the fella working there has no customer service skills at all. I've made one mistake when posting items, and the one time I did he quite gruffly lectured me like I was a child. Also, I received a message from AusPost that my package was ready to be picked up from this post office parcel collect, I went to collect and I was growled at and given a rant that I shouldn't come in when I'm told to collect my packages, they just don't have the time to organise the parcel collect packages so early. Granted it was not long after opening time, but I wouldn't of cared if I had to leave and come back later, only if he had just asked nicely! Do not go to this post office, save yourself the grief and go somewhere else!

The mailman/delivery came at 0730 in the morning, I received my notification of "your parcel is coming today" when they guys was pulling his van in my driveway. He knoced once and didn't wait for my for even 30 seconds. When I hurriedly got out, the driver didn't stop even seeing me waving, on the driveway. I went to their office after 2 days. My parcel was broken. When I opened that, the item was damaged. VERY POOR SERVICE.
This store is an absolute disgrace. The staff are rude and condescending, with a power trip thing going on. They're rude to the point of being beyond insulting and offensive and refuse to comply with their own policy/procedure, at the expense of their customers and Australian Consumer Protection, along with Australian Law. Complaints fall on deaf ears, typically. Bogan postman happily swearing and complaining about work in front of other staff and customers, yet nobody raised an eyebrow, as if this is the normal and accepted behavior of these staff and/or this store? Is this illegal and offensive behavior common practice in just this particular store, or is it a requirement of all Aus Post employees to act in such despicable ongoing manner? With all these bad reviews from different people, complaining about the same ongoing issues, I'm stunned that a full investigation hasn't been carried out as to why these incompetencies are allowed to continue?
This is not a good place post office manager very rude unprofessional staff working please don’t deal with this post office
absolute drop kicks, was told to come back at 10am to collect a package, was told on return, ahh could be 12pm I guess, never know, not our fault, we are a private business....not sure how that 12pm information was not available at 9:30am
