I went today to renew my passport. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the whole visit was really very pleasant! I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy the whole visit was.
turned away twice for a WWC application, they wouldn’t be flexible per the guidelines on the government website regarding the form. possibly the rudest people and very unhelpful. went to innaloo post office and the lady helped with the one section in 2 minutes and it was completed i was told that they would have had the answer to my question and could have easily helped me!
Natalie went out of her way to help me find stamps for my wedding invitations. I’ve been to multiple Aus post outlets today and she was by far the most helpful!
One star may sound harsh, as the experiences I have had with staff have been good, but they have also been rare... Because is it almost exclusively open at hours that are useless to people with full time jobs. So it's not really a service at all. This facility can not get more than one star until it is open evenings and most of the weekend, even if this way reduced services no retail just sending and receiving packages and letters It is even located in shopping centre that is open evenings and most the weekend. With the current hours, one star is not harsh, it is generous.
Rudest and most disrespectful staff I've seen in a store. Been in multiple times with same issue, many people I've spoken to have had same experience.
Deplorable service. Not enough staff on to handle the mass of customers that they should expect on a Saturday and they prioritise each of their "own customers" and put them ahead in the queue after making you wait to the side. Told to join the cue for photos behind another customer and later told to join the main queue again at which point the customer in front walked out. An older couple originally behind us were then served first for photos. Very displeased.
No phone number to the public. Can't call them to make sure they can provide the service you require.
Doesn't open on a Saturday for half day anymore Terrible service
Arrived a couple minutes before 5 and doors were shut, people inside but just ignored me. Just needed to collect parcel and struggle to get off work earlier to collect parcel
Great service even during Christmas rush
