Very rude - especially the Gentleman I'm being generous

I just required standard forms which required verification of identity, and a photo. I found the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. The staff were so frosty, not helpful, and after taking my photo said she would discard the other three... I walked out shaking my head thinking, why is customer service so hard?

The postal delivery drivers here do not do their job. They do not driver parcels, and only leave pick up notices. If they do bother to knock, they quickly retreat to their vehicle before you can answer the door

Great place to go postal. Once paid a bill here. Very prompt and efficient service.

I found the manager to be a bit rude.  He  didn't seem to understand how a statutory declaration works or what it is and made a bit of a scene which was embarrassing. I would expect a person who is authorised to sign one to know what it is.  Otherwise I have usually found the other staff very pleasant.
