Excellent service, always polite and the staff greet me before giving great service. Would highly recommend.
Clearly a case of staff that require retraining in postal knowledge as they were unhelpful and rude to elderly customers who were clearly anxious and confused. No compassion and absolutely appalling by the two middle aged women.

Worst post office ever.The lady with short hair is consistently rude.First few times I thought she is having a bad day but no, she is rude every time I have been in there to pick up my parcel.I will redirect my parcels to the locker so that I don't have to see her again.
I’ve requested for my parcels to be either sent to a locker or toombul post office just so I can avoid coming here... you work at a post office people, not a bloody cemetery.
