Customer services required improvement, or just extended working hours...

It gets pretty busy but the team are always pleasant and happy to help. It would be nice to see Saturdays back in the near future.

Always helpful, try there best to offer excellent customer service whilst being as efficient as possible. Would be better if customers were more prepared and or patient.

Great parking behind the shop. Most of the staff here are friendly besides this one lady who clearly shows disinterest in her work albeit the off peak hours of the day. Been picking up mail here for the past years since in the catchment area but would rather not pick it up when I see that lady working there.

More staff needed on Saturdays. Always mobbed. Normal operating hours need to return ASAP, COVID is no longer an excuse.

Staff friendly and very helpful, great location!

Friendly staff. Can get busy, but the staff were pretty quick. Just have to be a little patient of there are lots of people inside, you'll only have wait a few minutes.
