After getting an email from the post office, I went there to get information about a package. The man attending was wearing a mask, behind a glass and talking in a really low voice tone. I couldn’t understand a word he was saying. After asking him to repeat himself a few times, he yelled at me and stared at me with big eyes till I left the premises. I don’t think it is appropriate for someone to work with customers if they don’t know how to communicate well enough to be understood and are rude. I felt embarrassed, scared and humiliated.

I've been there a number of times and the service was excellent. Getting everything done quickly and correctly. Remember these people are under a lot of pressure so I don't blame them for getting upset with difficult customers.

I have been a costumer of this Post Office for over 10 years and NEVER had bad service, or anything to complain about. Just the opposite.- always helpful, always friendly, always going out of their way to help in any way they can, even if customers are down right rude. I have felt many times sorry for Fred and his wife for taking abuse that is nor warranted. Sometimes you just have to wait a little, specially in the afternoon when it gets busy. So what!!

The man at this post office tried to rip me off when sending a package for delivery. I noticed he had overcharged and after questioning him about it he laughed and said it was a minimal amount. He had processed the order and refused to change it and blamed the system instead of his careless error. Regardless of the amount I was being overcharged, his attitude was rude and condescending. I will never go to this post office again. Very disappointing as I am a local. You are the rudest human being I have ever met.

Only just got an "Urgent reminder" card in the mail today - never got the first pick up card. My parcel came from France and have been in the post office for 4 weeks: the content is destroyed, melted. This is the third time I never have the initial pick up card and either the parcel are sent back or in a very bad condition. Pathetic. Sending good overseas is extremely expensive, so was the content of the box. No wonder why e-commerce works so well.

Dealt with a super rude staff member called Fred.  So lazy - couldn’t be bothered looking for a lost parcel in the store room though it shows delivered.  Time to retire and hand over to someone who knows how to behave.

I've been coming to this post office for years and have never ever had a problem with the staff, for years they have been kind to everyone I see them serving... keep up the good work...

Extremely slow! Not familiar with the systems and software, almost every time had to spend 20 to 30 minutes for the lady to double check the regulation with her colleagues. Unfortunately, never heard they are even sorry for offering this poor service!

Fast and efficient service, glad this is my local!
