My local post office and boy am I grateful. The place is cosy and serviceable in the main strip of Kensington village. The Vietnamese couple that run the place are kind and generous with their customer service.

This is the only post office that I can now rely on that is only like 15-20 mins away from where I live. The staff here are always so nice and I’ve had and have no problems with them whenever I visit here. Everytime I come here it makes me feel less anxious and wanting to come back here again with no hesitation. The closest post office where i live is the one in Flemington but the staff over there are always really rude, arrogant and doesn’t seem to like customers at all. So now whenever I need to go to the post office, I will always come here.

I like Kensington post office and they are very friendly and kind but they get 4 stars because their delivery driver really lets them down. Every other company has no problem to deliver to our house. But not Australia post. I hope they can fix this.

Great post office. Lovely staff. They even lent me a trolley when I went to pick up and unexpectedly large parcel and return it the next day!  Good opening hours too, including being open on Saturday mornings.  Very conveniently located on the main street.  Much prefer the Kensington post office to the Flemington one. The staff in particular are infinately better.

This was my PO for several years, and I had a lot of things to do with them, posting of letters/parcels, collection of registered documents and e-commerce parcels, and arranging of my PO BOX.  The couple attending to the office, especially Tim, are really hardworking people and lovely to deal with, even when the office is crowded. I've also received good clear advice on products and sercices. If there is a queu they don't waste their time and attend to people fast. They treat you like neighbours, something that is not that usual these days. The smiles are genuine, not just part of the job.  They even open on Saturdays, which is something that I always appreciate because it suits most working people.  The office is in a killer location, in the heart of Kensington, easily reachable from most places in the suburb.  I wish the premises were a bit larger and more comfortable to customers and that they had more products for sale. Beyond that, it has been my pleasure, and still is, visiting Kenso LPO.

Needed to get 4 child passport photos taken urgently. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were the only ones there at the time but 4-5 people came in after and were served promptly by the other staff.

Passport service has been down for months, was told to come back in on two separate days, only to be told that it had been down for a long time and actually had no repairs in sight. The photos I had taken there for both my visa and my passport didn't pass scrutiny at other institutions, even their North Melbourne franchise. Dollars and days wasted. Would not recommend.
