Temporarily closed due to covid but the Pitt street window is open for parcel collection. Been standing here for 35 mins didn't move. Need to more staff here!! And competent staff! This is unacceptable. Parcel collection hours are only 7am -12.30pm. Who makes these stupid decisions?!
Need to change operation time and adding staff. During Covid opening hours 7.30AM to 12.30PM from Mon to Fri only. A long queueing with only 1 staff serving us. He looks unhappy do all things, take a note and find our item 1 by 1 himself.
They mistake me for Unabomber! Very Nice!
Auspost is Australia’s No.1 delivery company but also the worst. How miserable it is. Feel sorry for the country.
I'd rate lower if not for some of the workers who are caught up in archaic processes due to Australia Posts obvious lack on modern and sensible management. The poor chap at the collections window has the Patience of a Saint as he had to hand write 36 numerals for my two parcels; hats off to him!
