Staff are always helpful and friendly. However there is an error in the opening hours on the parcel collection card compared to the hours online. The parcel collection card states they are open 9:30-1:00pm on Saturdays. I went at 9:50 and they weren’t open!

Friendly staff, but short opening hours. Can have your mail sent there for free. Parcels can be collected from a hatch between 7am and 9am Monday to Friday
