Always helpful staff, and they let me reverse into the back to put a heavy item in my boot so I didn't have to carry it down the street. Very friendly, but I would say they need to work faster when it's busy. 3 people working should be able to get through a line up quicker
Useless, opens 9am close 5pm not open on weekend. Why does this place even exist.
Please extend the opening hours to 6pm on any week day or at least open on Saturdays. It is impossible to pick up during weekday with current opening hours.
Very friendly staff here, never had any issues at all.
Home all day waiting for parcel, find card slipped in front door after app notifies me of missed delivery. No knock or door bell ring. Just a card slipped in the door.
Shut without warning on a Saturday. Have parcels to collect, that should have been left anyway because we utilise Safe Drop, but no information to say they are shut! No wonder people are deserting for alternatives!
Pretty poor service to havE a delivery notice left at your door saying pick up your item after 4:30...your website says open until 6pm and then arrive at the store to find the place closed at 5???? Half hour window with completely wrong information on your website
