Arrived just before 9am Saturday and waited till doors opened. Was able to pick up my parcel quickly. I have been here also about 930am and the queue gets long. This is not the post office's fault. Just the way it is I guess. You can make an appointment and get passport photo taken and lodge it at this PO. Staff is friendly. They also have self serve checkout at this PO which makes things quicker for easy transactions like buying envelopes/boxes and stamps. Usually a staff is there to help out at these checkouts. The shopping centre is hard to navigate if it is your first time. Lookout for YPA real estate or Priceline - the post office is opposite these stores.

Wow! waited 15 mins to find they have lost my parcel. One girl serving on the desk. 9 people in line. 1 staff member out the back. 1 on the door directing people into the ever growing line whilst the poor girl at the desk struggles on her own. And they wonder why Australia Post is failing as a business....

Extremely bad service here for passport. They refused to take my application due to photo requirement! And I'm sure i followed all the rules as a photographer. Then went to another post office and did everything without any issues.
