Terrible service.... Don't go there if you are submitting a Passport application. Tried to submit a passport application there and have been told that the passport photo is not good which the photo was taken from a passport photo shop. Handed back everything to me straight away which makes me feel like the guy at the post office doesn't want to spend time to review the application, perhaps there are other 3 people in the line. Submitted at Glenferrie Post office on the same day with the same photo, no problem and now I have the passport.

Very bad service. The front people once yelled at us when I collect our parcel. It is because he mistakenly gave us another person's parcel, when we immediately return to him , he blamed us that I did not tell him address with anger and he yelled at us in front of others. In other word , he talk to me with very bad attitude, due to his mistake. BTW.the people who he yell at are :1)a pregnant lady who are close to labour and 2), almost 80-years-old gramma. As a person who are professionally working in Post office , he should notice the first name is different from collecting paper's and parcel's , regardless of the same last name. If The first names does not match, how come he can give me the parcel?! Also , when I return the parcel to him, at least , he should say " thank you ",but instead , he blamed us heavily with anger. Anyway, I just sincerely hope Mikhail' service could be a bit better in the near future.

The best little post office in the world. My kids adore coming here; Mikhail is brilliant.
