Matt and his team are awesome! We have an online business and for the past 5 years, we have had nothing but exceptional service everyday. We send alot of packages daily and have never had issues in all this time. Our customers also commend his great service! We love living in Eumundi and this post office.
Oh my god, I miss using the fantastic service at Eumundi Post Office! Matt and Meg are the best of the best, and I miss my regular banter and/or trash talk haha. Having moved interstate and started up with a new, very officious and quite unfriendly post master, I even more yearn for that relaxed and personal community vibe of Eumundi PO.
Depends on who serves you , would not recommend not helpful at all picked up 2 parcels made comment should be another one he said there wasn’t, made me sign no details supplied, then received message from Australia post saying I’ve picked up three parcels , not good customer service
Great staff and brilliant service, No waiting for a number to be called. Good old fashioned community service with a smile or joke. The way it should be for a moderate sized rural service.
Poor attitude . poor service. Didnt care. If they know products rubbish. Why sell it
