The man who took passport photos does not even show you photos. He took photos and then printed out without even checking if the customer is happy. Emailed Australia Post and was fortunate to receive 3 different phone calls and apologies including a full refund. I had emailed the photos to them and they were surprised that he thought this was acceptable as eyes are completely closed. The man should not be working serving the public if he can not do his job correctly.

Not all bad, not bad at all. Not the best post office around, and a terrifying car park for kids, but the staff are nice and helpful, they open on Saturdays, They open early, Easy to find and park. Owned by locals. If you can't get in and out without being verballed by somebody, then maybe you're doing something wrong Rick Rubin lighten up and be thankful, you weren't a casualty today!
The service is disappointing and unprofessional. Not helpful to give me information. The woman asked me the post code, I said I need to check. She then sold me the envelop. I thought that's it. When I brought the envelop back. She charged post fee as well. I think it is expected to explain clearly in advance. Another time I brought back the ex-owner's letter to return. The man commented ' she's dead'. Please show some respect to others and earn some for yourself. Urgent need some friendly and helpful people to our local post office.
5-Star Customer Experience ! I live in Katoomba, and recently was late getting to the Katoomba AusPost to get an overnight parcel registered and sent off. The lovely manager at Wentworth Falls AusPost and Courier, who happened to be on site, went far beyond the extra mile for me by remaining open 15 minutes after close of business to give me the time to get to this charming post office, with my parcel, have it processed, and sent off overnight. I am so appreciative of this act of service delivery.
Rude customer service! The blonde hair old woman just so rude and zero customer service! Couple times I came there to ask something she then unfriendly just dismissive and doesn’t want to help! Just disgusting behaviour for a customer service!!!
What a rude I’ll-mannered man!! Zero effort for customer service. Zero for knowledge of Australia Post laws. Zero for attitude. If I could rank less than 1 star I would.

Friendly customer service, while paying for his lottery tickets my 83 year old self styled comic father asked whether or not the $30 Million Powerball was enough to live on, we all had a good laugh
Drive 30 minutes to find it's closed today. Guy laughed and said it was a public holiday. Except they say they are open online.
