Great service - small room for improvement... how about a pick up service on Saturday considering you don't deliver on that day? I'm an express post customer and my package is sitting in your warehouse since Friday earmarked for delivery on Monday or Tuesday. We have such a small city that it is no hassle for me to collect it. Again just a small gripe - it's just great that I can order and get it in a week.

Australia Post is a joke, everything is always late, despite if you have express or otherwise. Staff here do not seem to care about customers, will just give you a complaint form and tell you to come back another day to hand it in. Trying to get any information or even have a conversation with them is pointless, as they just stare at you blankly and try to get you to leave asap. AVOID if at all possible... use a courier service, prompt delivery and great and helpful staff.

Many times my parcels sit there for more than two days and they keep saying" Processing" also I noticed they update the tracking status with previous days. I went around 5 pm to check my parcel and they said they received it but it is in process and I need to come next day to get it after one hour They updated the tracking status as ready to deliver from 1 Pm 😒😒

Pathetic, 90% of my parcels sit in the delivery centre for 3+ days before they're delivered plus I've payed for express shipping. I've tried going in there and picking them up myself but apparently I can't.

They do there best & im always happy with my delivery person. He beeps at gates to let me now his there.
